Any Return, Refund or exchange is eligible if it is claimed with in 10 days of Purchase/delivery via call or email and it meets our criteria :

Terms & Conditions 

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
  • The product is unwashed and not used in any way.
  • The product is in its original and undamaged packing (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • Personal Care items are neither exchangeable nor returnable.
  • The minimum time for processing return or exchange is 3-5 working days.
  • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on mode of payment.
  • In case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • This policy applies to local orders only.
